You’re travelling from a great distance to be with us?

This year we are offering to participants the opportunity to camp right on site!

Wether in a tent, or an overland/Van life truck, a ‘’Fifth wheel’’ or a motorized caravan, we’ll make some room for you!

Four packages available, alle rates valid from the Friday to the Monday morning 10am)

Camping (for the weekend):

 - Tent only = $50 +tx
 - Camper **Up to** 24',Jeep, Van, Overland = $60 (+tx)
 - Camper** OVER** of 25' to max 35'= $75 (+tx)

Please note that all camping spots will be given in order of the arrivals

Electricity and running water will NOT be available, but showers and bathrooms will be.

If yes, the rate will be $15 today(+Tx), however a fee of $20 (cash only) will be payable on site on the day of the event for the parking of your vehicle/trailer.

(Please take note that any caravan or motorized caravan due to camp will not need to pay a parking fee, but any accompanying vehicles will - i.e cars, pick-ups etc)

*No fee is required if you ride in on your bike. *

Message from the event organisors

Please note that the transaction you make today will be final and without any refund, whether by choice or not (regardless of the reason, including medical).

It must be understood that this date is determined as such because we must close our lists in order to proceed to the printing of personalized rider cards, posters, morning departure orders, the organization of volunteers, etc etc etc etc ...

All our lists eventually must be permanently closed in order to allow us to undertake the final preparations.
